Arrival Guidelines: Arrive on time with clean, makeup-free brows. Guests: Due to studio policies, no additional guests are permitted unless they have a scheduled appointment or prior approval. Children are not allowed in the studio, as it is a licensed tattoo facility. Payments: Cash is preferred unless an alternate payment method has been approved in advance. Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens 🩷
Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. (You are able to cancel or reschedule yourself using my booking site within the respected timeframe).
Deposits: A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure your booking and will be applied toward your service total.
Artist Cancellations: If I ever need to cancel your appointment for any reason, your deposit will be fully refunded. (Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to process, depending on your bank).
No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show for their appointment will be charged 50% of the remaining service balance. Future bookings will require payment in full at the time of scheduling.
